JUNGSAEMMOOL products are available online on our official website, our stockists (Lazmall and Shopee Mall only) and our flagship store located at 27 Scotts Road.

All JUNGSAEMMOOL products and orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse located in Singapore.

All of our products are clearly stated with its respective expiry dates on the packaging. Upon opening, it’s recommended that the products be used within the shelf life as stated.

All products do not contain any harmful substances and have been tested on various skin types to provide users with a peace of mind.

However, we have not verified the safety of usage for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals. Kindly consult your medical practitioner for further advice before usage.

All customers are eligible to sign up for JSM’s Beauty Rewards as long as they create an account with us and make a purchase!

Upon reaching the ‘Check Out’ page, enter the code and click ‘Apply’. Changes will take effect once the code has been successfully entered.

Please check the Terms & Conditions of the coupon/promo code regarding redemption eligibility. Coupons/promo codes cannot be used concurrently with other discounts and promotions unless otherwise stated.

Your shipping confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been processed. Do check your spam/junk folder as well. Kindly contact us if you do not receive a tracking confirmation email after 5 working days.

Goods sold are non-refundable but exchangeable in original condition (sealed and unused) within 3 days upon receiving the items. Exchanges are only allowed once, subjected to approval, for incorrect, defective or damaged items.

Any shipping required for exchanged items are to be borned by the customer. Defected items will have to be sent back to us for quality check before a new item will be sent out. Kindly retain your receipt/invoice for verification purposes. To start the exchange process, kindly contact us.

In the event of a refund, it will be processed within 14-21 working days. The time to post a credit to your account varies and is determined by the issuing bank. Kindly contact the issuing bank for updates.

If products were purchased at one of our authorised retailers/stockists, kindly contact them for further assistance.

Our sincere apologies on this! Kindly contact us with your order # and photo reference and we’ll take care of it. Do note that all exchanges or requests have to be made within 3 days upon receiving the products.

We are unable to make any changes to your order once it is placed. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.

Delivery service is only available for valid residential and office addresses within Singapore. We reserve the right to decline delivery to any address with restricted access or is inaccessible.

We offer free standard local shipping on all orders with purchases over $50. Otherwise, a $4 courier delivery fee will be imposed.

Delivery address changes can only be processed provided your order has not been shipped out. Kindly contact us with your order # and we’ll do our best to assist you.

All local deliveries will be shipped within 5-7 working days upon confirmation. Kindly allow an additional 3-5 working days for orders made during peak/sale periods or public holidays. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation from our 3rd party delivery service once your order has been shipped.
